Creating a wizard based Windows image for mass deployment

Hello I am looking for a way to configure a Windows image, that is installed via a wizard.. with a standard basic programs.. and optional others.. and the most important, and a prompt in the wizard to specify computer name.. To make it more clear: Operating System: Windows7 Ultimate SP1 32-Bit Applications that are always installed: Acrobat reader, Winrar, Java Runtime, Flash Player,...
