Comp slow down, unable to open applications/general usage

So my computer was working as good as ever 2 days ago, until for whatever reason its slowed to a crawl. I was in the middle of browsing the web when my comp became unresponsive. Its gotten progressively worse since trying to diagnose the problem. Its now taking forever to start up and I only get about a 15 second window of being able to open applications etc. before it gives up. What I've...
