BSOD when alt tabbing CS GO second time, error 0x0000003b

Hello guys I'm new here, I have my Counter Strike Global Offensive installed on Steam.After changing video card in the PC i got some 2 annoying BSOD's .The thing is that in both cases i was alt tabbing when last round started and boom...Blue Screen This is the second time is happening in this game...I don't know where is the problem.
