BSOD on startup then auto reset. Start up repair doesn't work

I have a Samsung RF511 that on startup flashes the BSOD for a fraction of a second and the automatically attempts to restart. It then gives me the option of launching Startup Repair, which does nothing at all (I have left it for more than an hour in case patience was all that was needed) or start Windows normally which will start to load and flashes the BSOD before restarting and presenting me...
