ASInsHelp service failed to start

So, I can't get rid of this error in event viewer : The ASInsHelp service failed to start due to the following error: The system cannot find the file specified. Event ID 7000 I'm sure it's related to AI Suite 3, which I have removed PERMANENTLY! However there must be a fix ?
