Server access on on cable, not on wireless

Hi. I have a specific problem. It concerns the shared folder access and the Outlook-Exchange access. When I am using the cable, I get full access. But, when I use the wireless I can not connect to either the shared user folders like the home area or download the email with Outlook from the Exchange server. I tried a gpupdate /force with no luck. I get IP-adresses on both connections....
